Welcome to the Human Developmental Studies Network
The Human Developmental Studies Network (HuDSeN) aims to provide a forum for researchers in human developmental biology and related fields to meet and establish links.
- HuDSeN also provides access to key biomedical resources:
HDBR: MRC Wellcome Trust Human Developmental Biology Resource
EMAP: Edinburgh Mouse Atlas Project
HuDSeN arose out of projects funded by the NIH Human Brain Project and the EU Framework 6 programme (see About page for more details). Currently the MRC/Wellcome Trust-funded HDBR project is supporting the HuDSeN atlas and gene expression database.

New Omics Data
October 5, 2017
The HDBR provides human tissues from 3 to 20 weeks of development with the aim of assisting scientific and medical research. The HDBR releases tissue to researchers with the understanding that as much of the data as possible generated from this precious material will be made publicly accessible. As well as gene and protein expression on microscope slides which can be accessed here, genomic and transcriptomic data from studies supported by tissue provided by the HDBR can be accessed via the link on the HuDSeN Atlas home page.

The organ systems section of the HuDSeN atlas website has been updated to include a section on coordinated sets of gene expression.
